This includes complex urban residential/ mixed-use developments and lower density ‘home zone’ type developments. To compliment this we are experienced in the design of play areas incorporating the latest thinking on this topic.

In addition we have an established track record in offices and business park design. This includes providing landscape related input into the securing of outline planning consent and information to discharge reserved matters & conditions.

We have a particular expertise in the design of podium deck landscapes. These include both publicly accessible intensive roofs gardens and the extensive sedum and bio-diverse type roofs typically found on the roofs of numerous new developments.

Our plant knowledge and appreciation of horticulture, arboriculture and ecology is excellent. These are complimented by our sound understanding of hard landscape detailing, construction techniques and SUDS.

We provide services ranging from inception to completion of a project. The standard services we provide include the:

  • Preparation of landscape related material for submitting to the local authority as part of an outline or detailed planning application.
  • Preparation of material to discharge landscape related planning reserved matters/ conditions.
  • Preparation of a full construction package of information for tender.
  • Monitoring of site works during the construction phase.
  • Preparation of maintenance & management plans
  • Input in to the BREEAM/ C4SH process
  • Coordination of the ecological and arboricultural consultants
